Party chiefs are not taking part in the negotiations and SDP leader and Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic only briefly greeted the participants in the meeting at the beginning.
The leader of the Reformist Party, Radimir Cacic, also arrived in the SDP headquarters and told the press that he came to give his support to the Croatia Is Growing coalition to form the government. He added, however, that should the Croatia Is Growing coalition fail to muster enough seats in parliament to form the government, his Reformist Party would support the Patriotic Coalition.
