Ericsson NT income up more than 7 pct, net profit stagnates

In the first six months of 2016, Ericsson Nikola Tesla generated a net profit of 51 million kuna, which is approximately the same as in Q1 2015, while sales revenues in the same period were up 7.5%, according to a business report the company released on Tuesday.

Sales income in the said period reached HRK 730.3 million, while the year before it amounted to HRK 679.4 million. The company's operating profit was down 2.4% to HRK 51 million.

Sales income generated on the domestic marker amounted to HRK 131.9 million, or 14% less on the year. At the same time, sales income on export markets (without Ericsson market) was up 15%, reaching HRK 159.8 million. Sales income on the Ericsson market totalled HRK 438.6 million, up 13%.
