Eco-industrial zone Nemetin opens its doors to businesses

The 33-million kuna eco-industrial zone Nemetin outside Osijek was formally presented by Regional Development and EU Funds Minister Tomislav Tolusic at a news conference in Osijek on Thursday.

The zone, that is 98.9% financed with EU grants, was portrayed by Minister Tolusic as evidence that such projects could be implemented in Oijek and the region of Slavonia.

A few plots in the zone have already been sold and the minister is hopeful that the entire zone will be soon full with businesses.
