Culture ministers asks ombudswoman to protect rights of his children

Culture Minister Zlatko Hasenbegovic on Wednesday called on the Ombudswoman for Children to protect his underage sons from hate speech in the article by Zrinka Vrabec Mojzes, published in the latest issue of the Nacional weekly.

Hasenbegovic cited parts of the article in which the author "asks the future government" to pick for the position of the new culture minister someone who attended at least one concert and a theatre play, someone who knows not to chew gum while sitting in the first row at a gala concert together with his wife and children who are also chewing gum.

Hasenbegovic claims that the author of the article had diminished human and civil dignity of his children, asking the ombudswoman to protect his two sons.
