Croatia's average net salary in June 760 euros

The average net salary in June 2016 was HRK 5,686, nominally down 0.35% on the month, the national statistical office said on Tuesday.

The average gross salary in June was HRK 7,759, nominally down 0.4% on the month.

Taking into account a new statistical methodology for salaries introduced in January, the real net salary in June 2016 went up 2.4% on the year, while the nominal growth was 0.8%. The real gross salary increased 2.7%, while the nominal gross salary increased 1.1%.

The registered unemployment rate in June was 13.3%.
