Croatian airports report rise in number of passengers in July

Croatian airports in July reported a continued increase in the number of passengers, of 19%, compared to July 2015, show unofficial figures from the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency.

A total of 1.48 million passengers were transported by plane in July.

The airport in Split transported the most passengers, 541,200 or 25.4% more than in July last year. Split Airport was followed by Dubrovnik Airport, with 380,000 passengers, a 16.5% increase, and Zagreb Airport with 302,000 passengers, up 10.6% from July 2015.
