Croatia among EU countries with biggest drop in industrial producer prices

In May 2016 Croatia was among EU countries that recorded the biggest annual drop in industrial producer prices, show data from the EU's statistical office Eurostat.

Industrial producer prices in Croatia dropped in May by 6.3% compared to May 2015. In April, they dropped 5.8% from the same month of 2015.

Other countries that saw significant drops in industrial producer prices were the Netherlands (-8.2%) and Greece and Slovakia (-8.1% and -5.9%).

Industrial producer prices in May dropped in all member-countries, except for Malta, where they grew 0.9%.
