Zagrebacki Holding issues 1.8 bln kuna bond

The Zagrebacki Holding company on Friday issued the first tranche of bonds, in the nominal amount of HRK 1.8 billion and a maturity date of 2023, this multi-utility conglomerate stated.

The yield from the bond will be used primarily for the purchase and repayment of existing bonds issued in 2007 in the amount of 300 million euros. Those bonds mature this July.

The Zagrebacki Holding company consists of 16 subsidiaries performing business activities of former city companies, with a total number of 12,000 employees. Zagreb Holding also owns 7 companies and one institution, with an additional 1000 employees.

The activities of the Company are grouped into four business activities: public utilities; energy services; transport services; and market services.
