ZABA to offset 2015 loss by retained profit in 2012

The  Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA) general assembly, which is scheduled for 28 April, is expected to decide to cover the loss of 519.1 million kuna by the retained profit in 2012.

ZABA posted a net loss of 519.1 million, ascribing this result mainly to the amendments to the legislation on consumer credits that paved the way for the conversion of Swiss franc-indexed loans into the euro loans.

The managing and supervisory boards therefore propose the coverage of the loss by retained profits.

(EUR 1 = HRK 7.6)
