The Suncani Hvar hotel company posted nearly HRK 227 million in total revenues in 2015, which was a 30-percent rise from 2014, and the net profit of 89 million kuna was by 66.2 million kuna higher than in 2014, according to financial statements for the performance of this Hvar-based hotel company in 2015.

The operating profit came to HRK 94.6 million, twice as high as in 2014, when it was 50.1 million kuna.

Suncani Hvar has stated that 2015 would be remembered for a record-breaking tourist season and for making its business profitable after a positive outcome of a pre-bankruptcy settlement, which had been signed at the Split Commercial Court on in early June 2015 by the company's creditors whose claims accounted for more than 98% of all claims from that company. The agreement created conditions for the long-term stabilisation, job preservation and further growth and development of the hotel company as well as for the further development of the tourism industry on the island.
