Podravska Banka introduces time deposits for German clients

Podravska Banka has introduced time deposits for clients from Germany after receiving permission from the Croatian National Bank (HNB) and Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and first time deposit contracts are being concluded, the bank said on Monday.

Podravska Banka will perform said transactions in cooperation with Saving Global GmbH, which is a market leader in such transactions on the German market, and with MHB-Bank AG from Berlin.

BaFin recently also approved the Varazdin-based Vaba Bank's operations on the German market.
