Koncar D&ST net profit EUR 1.8 mn in H1

Koncar-Distribution & Special Transformers Inc made a net profit of 13.3 million kuna in the first half of 2016, down 7.7% lower from in the corresponding period in 2015, according to a financial statement released by this Zagreb-based company on Thursday.

The total revenues of that company specialised in production and distribution of medium power and special transformers were HRK 376.9 million in H1 2016, down 18% compared to H1 2015.

The main reason for a decrease in the income is ascribed to "an uneven timetable" of contracts for the delivery of products.

Exports make up 82% of the total revenues.

The expenditures were reduced by 18.4% to HRK 360.2 million in H1 2016.

The management describes the state of affairs in the company as stable.
