Industrial turnover sees strong growth in November 2015

Total seasonally adjusted industrial turnover in November 2015 was 7% up from October while working-day adjusted annual statistics show an annual increase of as much as 15.8% compared to November 2014, the national statistical office has reported.

Previously published data show that in the first 11 months of 2015, monthly industrial turnover (according to seasonally adjusted data) grew for five months, registering the highest monthly increase, of 8.5%, in September, followed by a 7% growth rate in November.

According to working-day adjusted data, industrial turnover grew on the year in eight of the first 11 months of 2015, with the November growth rate being the highest, 15.8%.

The only month in 2015 that also saw a two-digit growth rate in industrial turnover was March, when industrial turnover was up on the year by 11.2%.
