Ericsson Nikola Tesla signs EUR 7.5 mln deal with Moldovan client

The Croatian company Ericsson Nikola Tesla and the Moldovan telecommunications company Interdnestrcom have signed a contract worth close to HRK 56 million (EUR 7.5 million) for the construction of a 4G/LTE network with accompanying services and necessary software upgrades, Ericsson Nikola Tesla said on Wednesday.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla CEO Gordana Kovacevic said that she was looking forward to continuing the cooperation with the company's long-standing client.

The LTE network, to be delivered to the Moldovan client, is an important step in the technological evolution of mobile networks, with around one billion subscribers globally using LTE technology, Ericsson Nikola Tesla said.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla is a provider of modern information-communications products, solutions, software and services.
