Dalekovod earns HRK 32 mln in profit

The Zagreb-based power transmission lines manufacturer Dalekovod earned HRK 31.9 million in net profit in the first nine months of 2015, shows an unaudited consolidated report issued by the company.

The total revenue of the Dalekovod Group in the said period was HRK 988.7 million, 2.6% up from last year, while expenses grew 21% to HRK 946 million. Net profits totalled HRK 31.9 million, a significant drop from last year's profit of HRK 180 million which the company noted was a result of an accounting method and thus made data on profit in 2014 and 2015 incomparable.

The group's operating revenue at the end of September was HRK 894 million, 20% up from last year while operating expenses increased by more than 16% to HRK 808 million. EBITDA was HRK 85.9 million, up 63% from last year.

Dalekovod CEO Pasko Vela said that new, valuable contracts had been signed with clients from Finland, Albania, Norway, Kosovo and Poland.
