AD Plastik Group income down 2.4 pct, profit up 4.2 pct

The largest Croatian manufacturer of plastic components for the automotive industry, AD Plastik Group, in the first six months of 2016 generated an income of 515.2 million or 2.42% less than in the same period the year before, while the company's net profit was up 4.2% to HRK 28.1 million, AD Plastik Group said in a press release.

The generated income is in line with the company's business plan, which included problems on one of the company's most important markets -- Russia.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBTDA) in the said period amounted to HRK 775 million, which is 12.7 million kuna more on the year, read the statement issued on Wednesday.

Ad Plastik Group is comprised of AD Plastic Croatia, ADP Serbia, AD Plastik Slovenia, AU AD Plastic, Russia and ZAO AD Plastic Kaluga.
