The Serbian government has recalled the head of Serbia's Permanent Mission to the EU, Ambassador Dusko Lopandic.
Lopandic was recalled "due to the omissions related to the exhibition about Alojzije Stepinac in the European Parliament," sources in Belgrade reported on Wednesday.
The exhibition was organised by Croatian MEP Marijana Petir, together with the Catholic Iniversity and a European people's Party task force for inter-cultural and inter-religious dialogue.
Lopandic will be replaced by Ana Hrustanovic, who until now served as the country's ambassador to Italy.
The government also replaced Serbia's ambassador to Nigeria, Jovan Maric.
