Refugees rally in Belgrade over deportations from Hungary

Several hundred refugees staged a protest rally in Belgrade on Friday to warn about a shortage of food and their fear of deportation.

The protesting migrants, staying in a park near the Central Bus Station, started refusing food provided by NGOs. Police were watching how the situation might unfold.

Activists of the Info Park association that provides migrants with food said that the migrants were outraged by developments at the Hungary-Serbia border as they were often sent back by Hungarian law enforcement authorities.

The migrants complained about being harassed at the Hungarian border.
